We are a New York–based, affirmative and inclusive private practice providing psychotherapy to adults across New York State and New Jersey. Our clinical work is grounded in cross-cultural, social justice-informed, and strength-based approaches. We support clients navigating trauma, adjustment, mood and anxiety disorders, relational stressors, and immigration-related concerns.
We are currently accepting applications from licensed psychotherapists interested in joining our team in a hybrid, fee-for-service role. These positions reflect ongoing clinical needs within the practice.
Our practice will assist clinicians with credentialing, provide a billing infrastructure, marketing support, referrals, and intake coordination.
Clinicians determine their own availability and caseload. There is no minimum session requirements.
Our model is designed to support sustainable clinical work while allowing clinicians to focus on client care.
This is a fee-for-service, independent contractor role, structured to align with New York State standards.
Flat per-session compensation, tiered by licensure level.
There is an onboarding rate during the initial period, followed by an increased standard rate based on client retention and clinical engagement.
Payments are issued biweekly.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or group psychotherapy.
- Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based, affirmative, and culturally responsive interventions.
- Maintain timely and appropriate clinical documentation.
- Provide services in a confidential, professional telehealth environment.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted New York State license (Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT).
- Master’s and/or doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field.
- Professional malpractice insurance
- Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and cultural humility.
